Hello!
My camera isn't working very well so I haven't been taking pictures:-( It takes me 5 pictures before I get one that's focused. Anyway, Fall is upon us, here in MN, and I am lovin every second of it!!! I pick Matt up in 1 week and 6 days!!!!!!!!!!! TJ is fantastic! His new obsession is air planes....as soon as he's outside he starts pointing to the sky saying "er pane" over and over!! It's so cute:-) That's all for now....just wanted to let you all know why I don't have any new pics yet.

TJ and I spent the long weekend at FairHills with Kate Miller! We had SUCH a good time :-) It was a mom n' pop Resort which included 3 hommade meals everyday and every cabin activity you could think of! I told Matt all about it and I think we're all gonna go next year, too!!! Kate has been going for about 25 years! On Sunday night the staff puts on a show called the hootinany!! I think that word is so funny!

Hope everyone is doing well:-) Matt is coming home earlier now!!!! He'll get off on the 10th. We'll spend a day with friends in Tahoe and then head home!(Im flying out and driving back with him!)

Well, Matt's crew is still sitting at the Yosemite....doing project work. They're being held there just in case they need them. I told Matt, at least you have a beautiful view if you have to be stuck somewhere!!
TJ and I are heading to Detroit Lakes this weekend with Kate Miller!!!!! I am so excited. Its a resort called FairHills, her family has been going up every year since she was a child! We leave tomorrow AM and come back on Monday! OH AND....I know the exact date that Matt will be home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He will be home Oct. 15th!!!:-)

Hey Everyone!
A lot of you have been asking if Matthew's crew is in LA....their crew has NOT been called to those fires?? They are so frustrated watching things burn and they just have to sit there. He called his Great Grandma Dorothy to make sure she was ok....they thought she was going to be evacuated at some point but she wasn't, thankfully! (He's such a sweet man:-)) To all of our Cali family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will pray for rain....LOTS of rain ;-) I will let you know if they head down there....keep your fingers crossed that he is....if he's not then TJ and I won't see him until he gets home in Oct :-( It's already been 1 month and 2 weeks :`-(

My parents took all of us kids to the State Fair, today:-) TJ did fantastic! Our day started at 7:30AM and ended at 7:30PM and he had NO naps! We had SUCH a good time!! Can't thank you enough, mom and dad!
As for Matthew, he's doing ok....this time of year is always hard. Almost done but it can't get here soon enough. I have my count down started...nerdy, yes, but I can't help it!! We have 42 days left!!!!!!! I can SEEE the light:-)

So, I was cleaning my car today when I realized my sidekick had disappeared!?! I found him right where I thought he'd be....in the mud!!! SUCH a boy:-)

Tim and Angela's Wedding 8-8-09

Well, my little brother is officially married off!!! We are so happy to have Angela as part of the family:-) The wedding was absolutely beautiful! The ceremony was at Grace Lutheran in Apple Valley and the reception was at the MN zoo...sooo cool! We had family memebers in town, that I haven't seen in 5+ years!!! I was so happy they were able to meet TJ:-) Tim and Angela are on their way to Jamaica...LUCKY bums!!!!
Matt is in Utah...haven't heard from him since Friday so they must be deeep in the woods;-) We are hoping to meet in San Fran when he gets off this tour, too! We missed him at the wedding....but TJ was a great fill in on the slow dances!
